Although having the latest updates might be very useful and rich in
terms of features and some fixes, I'd never subscribe to the view point that
they will always be better for accessibility. I can sight tens of examples
where Android 4.2.2 is far more better as compared to 4.4.2 in terms of
accessibility. My Q700 is 20 times more accessible in comparison to Moto
phones. Please note I'm contesting only from accessibility point of view and
not from brand or any other issue. You can certainly witness the same in
terms of other softwares/hardwares as well, whether it be IE, JAWS or any
other programme. Most of them are becoming rich in terms of new features but
proving to be less accessible.
