Hi,

You can use a touch screen Phone in a crowd. I use an iPhone and am able to
use it in fairly crowded places such as shopping malls and open markets.

However I haven't got any feed back from iPhone user on the point? I
may perchase iPhone it things can be better handled on that platform.
These smart phones are just like a delicious dish, which is difficult
to manage.
