I am unable to understand your first issue, can you make it clear?
Now for deleting messages, you can first double-tap to open the
message, then doubletap and hold the screen area where the message is
located. You will get options like copy, forward delete and so on,
doubletap delete, and doubletap on OK on the confirmation. This is if
you want to delete one particular conversation from a thread. On Xolo
phones, like most other Android phones, messages are shown as threads,
that is all the messages with a particular contact are shown in a
single. If you want to delete the enter thread, go to messages,
doubletap and hold to long-press on the thread without first opening
it, at the bottom of the active screen, there would be an option
delete, double-tap to activate and doubletap OK, you are done.
As for labeling unlabeled buttons, it depends on which model you are
using. Labeling can be done only on phones running Android 4.3 and
above. If your phone is one that runs any such Android version, touch
the button that you want to label, then do an up-right swipe, and from
the circle that comes up, lift your finger on add label. Type in your
label and doubletap OK.
To edit contacts, go to your contacts app, doubletap and long press
the contact that you want to edit, from the list options, select edit,
and then follow the prompts on the screen.
Best,
