Okay, thanks - I actually found someone that mentions a 'framework' that
they developed for facilitating FSMs with JavaScript
(http://www.zedshaw.com/projects/cookbooxul/), but I think I will just take
a stab at it myself then.

Gotta get back to my crack pipe now . . .
