I was just thinking in the other email to florians response. I agree that we reply to them pointing in them in the right direction but is there somewhere with a list of all the NL mailing lists. Also im not sure if there would be any guidelines we could put on a wiki page for moderators as well as a wiki page for a list of national language lists.
