Hub Ballroom
The crowd was interesting, college kids in their
sweaters and the rest of the kids swarming in from the outer regions to witness
their home-town heros batting for the survival of indie rock in this swamped up
music scene. As big and as popular the mouse have become, it's amazing how
the seem like they are playing to 10 people in a basement show, but still giving
it their all. Jeremy's hair is so long, and it looks like he kinda permed
it a bit, and it has blonde streaks through it all. He talked about
wanting to make noise, do a solo project, all noise. Maybe it will be
coming soon.
Red Stars Theory opened up with an epic set, I only
caught the last half.
764-Hero was amazing. Actually, everyone was
so on last night, it really was a night to remember. The college
atmosphere was very relaxing actually, with nice rows of carpet to lay down on
and just fall asleep as they played. Bertram's vocals were really
good. Jeremy, just pounded all night long.
A very incestious set, with Jeremy in two bands,
and James Bertram in two bands. Pretty cool. 764 played new songs,
and so did the mouse.
I am almost done with the live show, ripping it to
mp3s.
It sounds, well, epic at the very
least.
No, i'm very sory, I will not make anyone cd's or
