CDNow.com has it on vinyl for $16.00. I got it on vinyl @ Newbury 
Comics in Portland Maine and paid about that much. As for the 
quality; the packaging is cheap... it's very thin cardboard. There are 
no inserts or anything. The lyrics are printed on one of the slip 
covers, which are made of very blah paper. HOWEVER... the vinyl 
itself is very heavy and good quality (on par with Matador vinyl) and 
sounds excellent.
