DSO works great for me now with the fixes in place of mod_perl 1.23.
However, note that PerlFreshRestart is meaningless with DSO -- the
whole perl interpreter is torn down and restarted when you have DSO
and you restart Apache. The value of PerlFreshRestart is irrelevent
at this point.
