Shouldn't be necessary unless something drastic changed between BSD/OS
4.0.1 and 4.1 regarding the compiler and linker flags.  I did plenty
of work on mod_perl to make it compile and run out of the box on
BSD/OS, but I have not tested on BSD/OS 4.1.  The proper runtime
locations for the .so file should get set during the compile.
