Much Todo about nothing

If this is the wrong place to post then please advise FYI: At http://perl.apache.org/from-cvs/modperl-2.0/ when extracting modperl-2.0_20010427110246.tar.gz there is a file called Todo and a directory called todo. This is a 'problem' in a windows environment which is case insensitive. Obviously easy to bypass. Regards - Paul Cotter
