We are getting the follwoing error when we try to run apache.We've tried modifying the maxRequestPerChild parameter to 10 from 0, but that didn't help.We can see only the root process running immediately after starting the apache server.But if left like that for 2 days we could see the child processes start slowly and then the site comes up.Why don't the child processes start immediately? We are not able to understand how to solve the problem - Please help.
