Sorry Scott, this is the *mod_perl* list. And this kind of questions is very non-desired here, since it has absolutely nothing to do with mod_perl. The XML::LibXSLT manpage includes the email of the author (hey Matt :) and he will be able to help you directly or point you to the mailing list that is created for this purpose if any.
