Yes I think you're right, When I click on a link that takes me to the page in question the page simply stays loading, but it Iclick into the URL Address bar and press enter to reload the page the page loads fine without continuing to "spin the globe".
I've tried making the changes you suggested below, but I think I'm missing something else as the problem still occurs.
