To answer this specific questions... Its not really even an issue as CGI.pmWell, the error "Invalid command 'SetEnv', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by
a module not included" makes me think that the problem is that Apache
doesn't have the module CGI installed.
is in the core since at least 5.6.0 ... but you _are_ using perl 5.8.1+ right ?
