Yes, you do get this error in 2.1.5-dev. It doesn't happen in 2.0.5(3|4)

In which case you need to contact your distributor and tell them to not
advertise the apache version as 2.0.53 when in reality it's not so. they
should call it 2.1.whatever but not 2.0.53.
