See? This is one reason why PHP is much more used than Perl.
I put a lot of questions because perl is not working right under Windows,
but there are no many sources for learning perl under Windows, and some of
the perl features don't work at all under Windows, and there are no many
learning materials for perl under that OS.

I know that most perl programmers consider Windows a bad OS and don't even
want to help using this language under Windows, and I also know that most of
them don't care that other systems are not too accessible for the screen
readers, but this makes PHP to have a big advantage, even though it is not
as good as perl.
