You can't see HTTP headers when doing a 'view source'. No browser will include
them. In order to really see your HTTP headers you'll need a tool that does just
that. You can either have a standalone app that intercepts HTTP traffic and will
let you see the headers or use something tied into the browser. I prefer
LiveHTTPHeaders or FireBug with FireFox.
