In 1992 I drove Paul Weller (with a bad hangover)& Co. to the airport. It was the
Berkley
Performace Center show. (They lost their luggage) We talked mainly about scooters &
music (I
stayed away from the Bruce & Rick topic)I had a Rally 200 & he had an SX200 at the
time.He was
very polite & a nice guy, not the crabby ol' geezer that the music press portrays him
as. It was
funny watching him show Barry (from Boston's All Mod Cons) how to play the correct
cords for
"That's Entertainment"...
