May pick a pair up this week coming if I have some spare cash towards Thurs/Fri - if
only to have another style of footwear (currently sat in Wallabies, I bought them for
the same reason, and the Cornish Pasties) to wear with casual stuff and jeans/cords.
Have yet to see these cord Cornish Pasties (have the brown suede variety already), but
sound interesting. Anyone remember Terry from the Likely Lads wearing a craacking pair
of green cord desert boots? Sorry to US subscribers who probably wont understand a
word of that!
By the way, how could David Owen be a Goth - he sported a lovely 'flick' a la Weller
in Our Favourite Shop era when he was a good friend of mine :-)
