No more Monkeying around, the cast is set

 Daydream Believers has its Monkees all in a row. 

Actor Aaron Lohr is playing Mickey Dolenz in the TV movie about the '60s 
pop stars. 

L.A. actor Lohr, 23, is best known for playing "Bash Brother" Dean 
Portman in the Mighty Ducks hockey movies. He's been acting since he was 
five and appeared in music videos for Pia Zadora, George Benson and 
Deniece Williams. Over the years, he's guested on The Wonder Years, Step 
By Step, Blossom, Baywatch, Family Matters and Lassie. 

Lohr is also the lead singer of RC Cru and sang the role of Max, Goofy's 
son, in Disney's A Goofy Movie. 

Lohr joins Toronto actors George Stanchev (who is playing Davy Jones) 
and Jeff Geddis (Mike Nesmith) and New York's L.B. Fisher (Peter Tork) 
in the film, which began its four-week shoot here yesterday by filming a 
scene at The Lakeview Lunch on Dundas St. W. 

The movie will air this summer on The Movie Network and later, on 
MuchMoreMusic in Canada, and on VH-1 in the U.S.
