VERY impressive!
Their outfits (for the first half of the concert anyway) were nice too -
velvet capes for the guys and velvet cocktail dresses for the women.
Didn't like their versions of Beatles' numbers - so would avoid their
new album (Day Tripper)
Jarvis Cocker was in the audience too - he tells me he's done a number
with them! Will be interested to hear that.......
Oh yeah - and Sarah from the swingles recognised me too - well I was
probably the best dressed guy in the place!
Now to find a copy of that 60s Swingle Singers/MJQ LP...
