Well that may very well be just an ironic coincidence there John, which 
would explain
why I had NO idea what he was talking about.  I didn't realize when he 
said "you", he thought
I was English and was referring to the entire nation of England...
BUT, on the other hand, I was still receiving letters from Germany 
asking for copies
of Top Gear over 10 years after I stopped publishing the thing....SO, 
not entirely  out
the realm of possibility.
BTW....thank you for listing every single scooter rally in the nation.  
I'm not sure who made
you the nation's scooter secretary, but I'm sure someone is happy about 
it, somewhere.
