here's a great tip for those mod gals who just can't seem to get their
hair to lay flat enough.
i use a mild children's hair relaxer.
it contains no lye, so it is not damaging.
it works on all hair types, mine is very fine and blonde.
then you don't get frizzies in the summer and can leave your flat iron
in the cupboard.
for extra height, i go to my local dollar store and buy a pack of
jamaican gold hair extensions.
i do not actually weave them into my hair, i fashion them in to a sort
of baguette and then pin in underneath my hair for added height. it
works waaay better than back combing.
