And having a shower in your kitchen can be a selling point. When you're 
running really late and you still haven't showered or eaten, it's very 
convenient to have a shower in the kitchen. You can start cooking, put 
the burner on low, get in the shower, and in between suds you can keep 
on eye on the food that's cooking. And if something's burning, you cut 
down your reaction time by at least half. Fucking brilliant if you ask 
me...
