AFAIK there is no work around for this. I have spent considerable time
and have almost made it work, but it seems like there is always
something else that catches ya. If we had the source code I am sure we
could fix it but we do not have the source for the extensions.
Basically there is no way I have found to have it create the proper url
for both http and https with frontpage extensions. I have made forms
work but like the page that it shows when it completes the form will be
a http url. I hate frontpage extension personally but we have a lot of
customers who like them.
