Theoretically you can choose _ANY_ server, but then you often have conversion
problems. So it's better in practice to choose a server which is also
SSLeay/OpenSSL based (because then the format is PEM!). So you can conclude
that choosing Stronghold is better than Netscape. But best would be to write
to Verisign and complain why they do not list Apache+mod_ssl...
