Strangely enough, the list Apache under their Secure Site ID program (US
domestic, I guess).  I actually have one of their certificates done this
way.  No idea why they don't list it under Global Site ID (I checked,
they don't).  Also, the CSR generation instructions they give still list
ssleay, even though I told them in like April that it was out of date
and they said they'd change it.  <sigh>

Theoretically you can choose _ANY_ server, but then you often have
conversion
problems. So it's better in practice to choose a server which is also
SSLeay/OpenSSL based (because then the format is PEM!). So you can
conclude
that choosing Stronghold is better than Netscape. But best would be to
write
to Verisign and complain why they do not list Apache+mod_ssl...
