The RPM for Redhat 6.x are on modssl now :
apache-mod_ssl-JServ-1.1-b3.3.6.0.i386.rpm
apache-mod_ssl-JServ-1.1-b3.3.6.0.src.rpm
They are built against apache 1.3.9 and mod_ssl 2.4.9
