No Subject

I have compiled and installed apache 1.3.22 , mod_ssl 2.8.5-1.3.22 and openssl-0.9.6b. Everything is ok.

But when i start it whith apachectl startssl, after enter the pass phrase it says apachectl startssl: httpd started but in the error log appears

semctl(IPC_SET): Invalid argument

and httpd is not running.

and httpd is not running.

Help me please.
