The META.yml file ideally will make the work, that's currently done by the PAUSE indexer, unnecessary. Still that doesn't solve the problem how the developer declares namespaces to be skipped, but as the description can be given in Build.PL or Makefile.PL, it could be done in perl directly and we do not need another special file declaring something. -- andreas
