In RT, The current owner can give a bulk of tickets to you at once.
Here's how the owner can do that:
0. Log-in
2. Use the Search function. Search with the "queue" and "owner" may find
all the wanted tickets.
3. Once you've found all the tickets you want to update, using the
"Update all these tickets" on the search results page.
4. On the "Update All" screen, there will be a field to put in an owner
for all the new tickets.
That's it.
