I like Class::Validating, but I find it provides too little context. *What* is validated in this kind of class?

I don't particularly like the name, but Class::Params::Validate
seems like it would best convey the idea of what this module does
(ie manage inheritable validation rules) -- at least to those
already familiar with Params::Validate.

I like that one.

I note that Daisuke basically got warnocked when he first posted this, and I asked him to just release it. Nothing like a release to get some name change suggestions ;)
