Perhaps an easier way for authors in this category is to change the S (Support
Level) field in the dslip file:
http://cpan.uwinnipeg.ca/htdocs/faqs/dslip.html
to
a - Abandoned, the module has been abandoned by its author
through the PAUSE interface:
https://pause.perl.org/pause/authenquery?ACTION=edit_mod
and PAUSE then handles the updating.
