I asked about setting this up in the last day, so Lincoln (LDS) may have added me. A few of those versions appear to belong to another co-maintainer, I can probably work on the version issues to also include those.

Did you just have LDS give you permissions in the last day? If so, metacpan could have also been working with a similarly out-of-date file. The version number issue appears to be totally separate -- you need to either have the older distributions deleted on PAUSE (LDS needs to do this), and then have PAUSE re-index your distribution at pause.perl.org<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__pause.perl.org&d=DQMFaQ&c=8hUWFZcy2Z-Za5rBPlktOQ&r=fbHa8Njtvh9VmSnzJxiEUTW9NWDwMMwQAzhgZDO41GQ&m=lRhHLLx-X6GrZqCxxQS39EBA1RXYD-FGWTosEXPvUFY&s=i7HzdEm82DNzVgw5eczdRnJUudLl3uAHUH06U71jfuE&e=>, or you need to do a new release where the versions are higher than in the previous release. But the modules listed as "unauthorized" on the metacpanm page are indeed modules for which you do not have comaint permissions in the PAUSE database (I did not check them all, but all of those I did were modules where only LDS had permissions).
