At Oslo, there was strong consensus that it would be very helpful if the various build tools would write a META_LOCAL.yml file that reflects the results of dynamic configuration. This would allow other tools such as packagers or CPAN::Reporter to have a more easily parsed set of prerequisites after configuration that is currently available. David
