Sure. There's currently no automatic configure_requires for
Module::Build, which would solve this anyway.
I can't see a reason *not* to set configure_requires to the latest
stable version (unless perhaps one is explicitly set.) Thus, once we
get it supported, there will not be a way to have a configure_requires
without Module::Build in it.
