rationale:
I'm using the Text:: namespace, as HTML is not the only output
format planned. Essentially Text::EtText converts from a text format
into HTML -- but it could be (and hopefully will be) DocBook, WML,
PDF, etc. etc.
EtText is not unique; it's based on setext, Wiki text markup
formats etc. However I see no modules already which support
text-to-HTML without requiring some extra, more intrusive,
formatting, so this module is definitely a plus for perl developers.
