This has been released as open source from the
http://opeal.sourceforge.net address; and announced in the perl-ai
mailing list and comp.ai.genetic. It's been discussed also in private
emails with several genetic-algorithm-perl authors. This module is
different from AI::Gene, since it has a complete genetic algorithm, adds
XML support, and does not impose a particular structure for the
"evolving objects"
