Since this is just a plain (SWIG) wrapper for Alan Murta's gpc
library, it might not be a bad idea to choose a rootlevel namespace.
However, if anyoune feels this belongs somewhere else, please let me
know. Note that I used this library to provide clipping functions in
Math::Geometry_2D.
