As Alan Murta's gpc library is quite popular (so I'm told), I
figured that a rootlevel name might not be such a bad idea. However,
I can imagine that there are some alternatives like
Math::Geometry::GPC or even Math::Geometry::Planar::GPC (I'm not
that wild about lengthy names though).
