Algorithm::Diff
rationale:
The module produces the indices for common regions between two
strings so that other programs/modules can build emacs ediff-like
visual code inspect. Algorithm::Diff is record based. This module is
purely character-based. It is implemented in C. The underlying
algorithm is suffix tree based (E. Ukkonen. On-line Construction of
Suffix Trees. Algorithmica, 14(3) pp249-260, 1995.)
