rationale:
The choice of the namespace was based on the other online banking
automation namespaces (and the need to differentiate between the
different Postbanks in the world). There is no module automating
https://banking.postbank.de yet, and I feel a (personal) need to
automate it.
Web automating and finance modules have their place in the module
list IMO.
