Rafael Garcia-Suarez and I have written two scripts to convert the
APC (All Perl Changes) repository at activestate to a subversion
repository. The scripts need to share some functions which I'd
suggest to put into the proposed namespace. Maybe it will be
possible to merge the two scripts into a single one, we don't know
yet. In any case we want to include the scripts into the module
distribution.
