A short module that imports physical constants in Astronomy for use
in calculations. Designed to be usable by other modules such as
Astro::Cosmology and the number crunching bunch, it hopes to provide
a proper module interface to Jeremy Bailin's Astroconst
(http://clavelina.as.arizona.edu/astroconst/) package.
The module would be called Astro::Constants (with 2 more packages,
Astro::Constants::CGS and Astro::Constants::MKS) and is still
pre-alpha.
