Original Perl module supplied by CyberSource to merchants
rationale:
Module supplied by CyberSource will call external program to
actually perform the send/receive process which proved unstable in
heavy load situations. At the same time CyberSource supplies the
standard shared library and header to use with C. I've created a
small wrapper to that library which does send/receive process. At a
later stage I'm going to create 2nd level interfaces which will
perform actual order processing for different ICS applications.
