rationale:
Since this module tries to emulate Text::Wrap, the name should be
similar to it. I18N comes from internationalization, which means
support for multibyte/fullwidth/combining characters and languages
without whitespaces between words here.
There were no text-wrapping modules which are aware of the fact
that one character may occupy two or zero columns on terminal. This
module will be the only module to be aware of the fact. Also, this
will be the only module to be able to wrap texts in languages with
small amount of whitespaces.
