rationale:
This is a fork of CGI::SSI making the flow control expressions more
like that of apache's, in order to make the module a drop-in
replacement for already functioning apache SSI parsed files (usually
saved with a .shtml extension). CGI::SSI uses perlish expressions,
which are significantly different to apache's.
It also fixes some long standing bugs in CGI::SSI for which I
submitted patches that nobody has responded to.
