rationale:
This module brings the "Cryptoki" to perl. It is nearly a
one-to-one mapping from C to Perl and vice versa. (Thus: low-level
and functional interface)
It should be complete, stable and standard conform one day.
Additionally I'd like to layer some OO and/or async abstractions
over it.
