Hi Brent, I think the problem is the following, which is in the metadata:

"Data::QuickMemoPlus::Reader" : {
"file" : "lib/Data\\QuickMemoPlus\\Reader.pm",
"version" : "0.08"
}
},
That path is probably confusing metacpan. I’m not familiar with Minilla, so
you’ll need to look into how it generates the metadata files, as the path is
wrong in both of them.
