Hi Dave, Following up here for the historical record. You did briefly have co-maint, but then your .003 release caused your co-maint to be dropped, due to a known bug (https://github.com/andk/pause/issues/372).
I’ve added your co-maint back and re-indexed your latest release, which was successfully indexed this time. We suspect this is caused by a DB lock timeout, and there’s work currently afoot to address that (https://github.com/andk/pause/issues/406). Neil
